Schaeffer’s Oil Indiana RaceSavers Primed for 2023 Season
We are only a few weeks away from kicking off the 2023 race season with a double header at Bloomington Speedway and Lincoln Park Speedway. Before we get to the April 21st and 22nd race dates we have a few things to announce.
First off, we have teamed up with My Race Pass to manage our race night procedures as well as a brand new website fully integrated into the My Race Pass system. With this comes live race timing and scoring, fast race result updates, driver profile management, and maybe even some swag to purchase! We are very excited to integrate into the My Race Pass framework to better manage our series and promote our sponsors and drivers.
Additionally we would like to announce that we have re-signed with all of our major sponsors from the 2022 season. Schaeffer’s Oil has been a game changer for our series since we partnered in 2020 and we are very happy to continue our partnership through the 2023 season. We have a lot of Schaeffer’s products, shirts, koozies and hats to give away throughout the year. Our feature re-draws will see various Schaeffer’s products given away to the race teams! Allstar Performance is back on board for the 2023 season with more $50 certificates to be won by our competitors for a variety of accomplishments. These certificates are redeemable at any speed shop that sells Allstar goods. Hoosier Tire has provided 5 Right Rear tire certificates for 2023. These will be awarded throughout the season and are redeemable from our friends at Hoosier Tire Midwest. Additionally Schoenfeld Headers is back to sponsor a set of sprint car headers to the season champion. Local engine builder NPD Race Engines is providing $50 certificates per race to be redeemed at NPD for all of your engine performance needs. MSG Company is back again and will be providing various cash awards for the drivers and even some lucky fans on occasion! These sponsors are great partners and have stepped up again to support our series, teams, and fans so make sure to show your appreciation by supporting them! We may still have a few sponsorships in the works so be sure to stay tuned!
Lastly we want to remind all our race teams to have their paperwork, memberships, and licenses completed and ready before the first race. We are an IMCA sanctioned series and require all drivers to be IMCA members, so be sure to have your membership paid for before the first race. We also want to remind everyone that you must have your engine sealed and hard carded via RaceSaver. We understand that hard cards are not always delivered quickly so be sure to have a copy of your inspection report on hand in lieu of the hard card. Additionally, if you wish to become an Indiana RaceSaver Sprints member please download the form from our website and mail it along with a check or have it ready at the first race you attend. This membership grants you a per race sign in discount, access to all of the great awards from our sponsors and our season ending championship fund. Lastly be sure to fill out a W9 so we have your information on file and can pay your race winnings to the correct person. The more people who either send these forms in early or have them filled out prior to the first race will ensure that our sign-ins go as smooth as possible. So please have all the required forms and licenses ready to avoid any problems come raceday.
We are excited for the season to start and cannot wait to see all our great competitors and fans for opening weekend at Bloomington Speedway and Lincoln Park Speedway.
